Before you dive deeper, this checklist will give you an idea of the typical requirements we look for in a franchise partner. This is a general overview, and specific details will be discussed during the discovery process.

Freshness Guarantee

Liquid Capital

Ensure you have sufficient liquid capital (cash or assets easily converted to cash) available for the initial investment. This is typically in the range of $100,000 – $150,000.

Total Investment

Be prepared for the total estimated investment, which can range from $300,000 – $500,000+, depending on location, size, and build-out costs.

Net Worth

Have a minimum net worth of approximately $500,000.

Source of Funds

Be ready to verify the legal source of your investment capital (e.g., savings, sale of assets, investor funds).

Growth Mindset

Possess a strong desire to learn, follow a proven system, and actively manage your business.

Leadership Experience

Have experience in managing teams, operations, or customer service. Restaurant experience is a plus but not always mandatory.
